Well I have found an organisation called exactly that! Dial-A-Mum is made up of professionally trained volunteer Mothers. It offers support and understanding from 8am to 11pm, 7 days a week. The call is confidential and the trained volunteers will listen to your problem, comfort you and talk things over, or suggest where you can get further help.
